Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds.
Any approved credit for a website order excludes the original Stripe processing fee.

Something Not Quite Right?
Email woof@dogeatcake.com within 24 hours of pickup or receipt. Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product and packaging from all angles.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- How the order was transported, stored, or delivered.
Cancellation Requests
Local pickup: Request cancellation at least 48 hours before your pickup date.
Shipping orders: Request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order, regardless of your requested arrival date.

Delivery Timing
Shipping arrival dates are requested, not guaranteed. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for late deliveries.
