First of all, thank you for ordering from DOG EAT CAKE. I am a small, local business and every order is special to me.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of the products and inability to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, DOG EAT CAKE does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact by emailing woof@dogeatcake WITHIN 1 DAY of the date you picked up or received your order and provide the following information: order number, photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported, stored, or delivered.

For local pickup, any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to pickup date. For shipped items, cancellations must be made 48 hours after ordering regardless of request date.

For orders placed through our website, any refund will be minus the stripe payment fee originally paid when placing the order. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on late deliveries. Your order is greatly appreciated and DOG EAT CAKE is here to give your dog happy, healthy days.

Creative License 

At DOG EAT CAKE, I will follow customer provided requests, directions and specifications to the best of my ability. However, creative license is often needed to ensure that every product that leaves with my quality stamp on it. Every item is handmade, meaning each item is unique. I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in regards to color, proportions, or composition.
