Local Pickup

When you arrive to pick up your order at 298 Columbus Ave, please text 617.678.7000. Your order will be brought out. If traveling by car, there is usually a place to pull over and step out of your car. If you arrive early, kindly wait until your order time as every order is made specially for you and your pup.

Local Delivery

We are excited to announce our new local delivery option for your convenience. Simply add your shipping address during checkout, and the local delivery option will appear. When you place your order, we'll reach out to confirm your preferred delivery time. If it aligns with our schedule, same-day delivery can also be arranged. Enjoy our delicious, all-natural treats delivered right to your door!

Shipping

Please order at least 10 days in advance. We ship via UPS (1–2 business days). Delivery dates are requested, not guaranteed—weather, holidays, and carrier issues may cause delays. No delivery on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. Tracking is emailed once shipped. Our firm, shelf-stable frosting ensures safe shipping without refrigeration. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once shipped, delays are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and promise to ship with care to make your pup’s day special!
