1. How do I order for local pickup?

Please place an order on our website. let us know the day and time you would like to pickup your order. At checkout, please choose "Local Pickup" for the shipping option.

2. Will my order be ready early?

Orders will not be ready before the time selected as it is not a storefront.

3. How do I design the cake?

Every cake is custom made. We take a color scheme and theme ideas. If there is a cake you may like, we can try to recreate for you. In the notes section, please put your base color and anything else you may like on the cake. There is also a place for your message to go.  

4. Can I just show up?

Since we aren't a retail store, we don't have inventory to browse. We make everything to order. Please call or place an order first before coming.

6. I'm at your location, where do I pickup my order?

When you arrive at our location, please call or text 617.678.7000 and your order brought to the door.

7. How far in advance should I place my order?

For local pickup, please give one-two days notice for orders. For a same day order, please call or text 617.678.7000.

For shipped orders, please allow five-seven days notice.

9. Can i get a refund or cancel my order?

orders may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. refunds are given in the form of credit with the shop and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our Pawlicies Page.
